We started our adventure with Gdynia International School a year ago. Before that we lived in Spain for a few years and our child also attended a British school. We knew very well what we were looking for and only GIS met our expectations regarding education and the way of running a preschool. The most important in this place are the managers – Mr. Kevin and Ms. Marta – people who are extremely open and pay attention to the needs of the individual – what counts is not only the monthly transfer to the account, but also the development and needs of the children in their care.  Teachers and staff members are competent and have an excellent approach to children. It was also important to us that the preschool is a Wifi-free zone - children are less exposed to microwave radiation. At the same time, Mr. Kevin has comprehensive policies on the staff using mobiles, which allows the staff to pay full attention to children during work. It is a place for people who know what they want, what they require and what GIS offers them.  A very important attraction was also the prospect of continuing education in the primary school, which opens from September 2021 and the continuity of teaching methods.   We are very interested in GIS Primary School as an educational institution adapted to the needs of the 21st century with a focus on paying attention to children’s individual development rather than "creating" children who are not able to think critically and shape their own personality, while maintaining the classic moral and cultural principles of a child.

We are residents of Gdynia and, as conscious parents, we make choices so that the development and education of our daughter from her early years remain at the highest level, which will allow her to become a citizen of the world. As an employee of the Gdynia City Hall, which promotes innovation, I know that taking care of our child's development will help her in the future to take advantage of the opportunities offered by Gdynia and any other city in Poland. On the other hand, as the other parent is a seaman, traveling all over the world, we know how important it is to speak foreign languages and we are sure that our daughter after graduating GIS Preschool will join GIS Primary School.  Choosing GIS was the first and best step to give our child an open door and that in the future she would have the choice of what she wants to do in life, and the language and other issues related to education will not limit her. At the moment, our 3-year-old is fluent in Polish and English, and she attends Spanish classes in preschool. Moreover, GIS focuses not only on language issues, but also on physical development (yoga), intellectual (chess), artistic (art club) and other skills. We also appreciate the efforts of the GIS Director to ensure the safety of our children in different areas, such as radiation. We are proud that our child attends GIS.
