  1. This Privacy Policy is related to the website https://gis.gdynia.pl/ (called: “website”), administrated by Gdynia International School limited liability company located in Gdynia (called: “GIS”), registered in National Court Register with the number 0000475170 (called: „Company”).
  2. GIS cooperates with Bloom Education limited liability company, registered in National Court Register with the number 801779, which owes the school Gdynia International School located at Kapitańska 37, 81-249 Gdynia, presented on the website. GIS on behalf of Bloom Education limited liability company administers the personal data collected within the website, according to the agreement of data processing entrustment between GIS and Bloom Education. Resolutions of this agreement are consistent with this Privacy Policy.
  3. Using the website is tantamount to accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  4. In case of switching to different internet pages, the privacy policy applicable to these websites applies and GIS is not responsible for it.
  5. GIS administrates personal data given by the users of the website in the contact form only for purposes related to educational services – in particular to settle the matter from the message related to GIS and Bloom Education services (e.g. conclusion of a contract for the provision of services, providing services, marketing purposes of GIS and Bloom Education), establishing cooperation with GIS or Bloom Education (conclusion of contracts, providing services).
  6. GIS shares personal data with Bloom Education in terms of its services (running a primary school). GIS does not sell, transfer or lend the data of the users of the website to third parties or institutions, except the case when the user agrees to it, it results from the relevant legal regulations or for the reason of legitimate interests of GIS or Bloom Education.

  10. The website user, whose personal data is processed, has a right to:
    a) receive information about processing personal data,
    b) access to this data, request for rectification, supplementation and modification,
    c) delete the data (“the right to be forgotten”)
    d) restrict the data processing
    e) transfer the data
    f) object to data processing

g) make a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  1. The rights of the user referred to above are subject to limitations resulting from the generally applicable law, moreover the rights of GIS and Bloom Education, related in particular to the rights and freedom of expression and information, compliance with the legal obligation to process under EU law or law Polish, or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, archival purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, to establish, assert or defend claims.
  2. GIS takes into account the user’s objection to further processing for marketing purposes or the transfer of personal data to another data administrator. GIS keeps the data only for the purposes of the register of users who do not consent to the processing of their data.
  3. The user has the right to be informed and access their own personal data once every 6 months, and the administrator replies within one month.
