We have just started the new school year 2023/24 at Gdynia International School with lots of positive energy and enthusiasm. It will bring many new challenges for our students, teachers, and parents.
Our school offers a solid education based on the Polish and British curricula, as well as a rich programme of extra activities and clubs of interests. Our educational space is carefully designed and spacious, fostering an intimate and family atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
One of our main advantages is a bilingual education – in English and in Polish. We understand that at the start it can be challenging, especially for children who are just starting to learn a foreign language. Therefore, we are working on effective methods to support students who may not yet be fluent in English or Polish. Our teaching staff is dedicated to create a welcoming and friendly educational environment.
It is worth emphasizing that children who attended the GIS Preschool are exceptionally well-prepared to learn in English in our Primary School. This provides them with a solid foundation on which we can continue building their future development.
One of the priorities is also the development of our infrastructure. We are finalizing the construction of the playground on the western side of the building, to become a recreational and safe place. We are planning further renovations and improvements to ensure that our students have even better conditions for learning and spending time at school.
